RelayPoint USA ("RelayPoint", "we") provides a CRM, email marketing, and sales portal platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data — your name, work email, and organization details.
- Customer data you enter — contacts, companies, deals, activities, campaigns, and proposals you create in the product. You control this data.
- Usage data — log and security information such as IP address and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the service and its features.
- To send transactional messages (invitations, password resets, proposal notifications).
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Email marketing
Campaigns you create are sent through your connected Microsoft 365 mailbox. We honor unsubscribe requests and maintain per-organization suppression lists. You are responsible for sending only to recipients who have consented to receive your email, in compliance with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
Microsoft 365 integration
If you enable Microsoft sign-in or mail, we access only the minimum permissions required (sending mail, and basic profile for sign-in). We do not read your mailbox contents.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as your account is active. Documents shared through the portal are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to your organization.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. Disabling your account removes access for its users.
